This is the part where I tell you a little bit about my unique situation. As I explained before, there are two sets of married users that benefit from the existence of Heated Affairs. The first type includes those married couples who join the site together. The second type includes married individuals who join the site alone.

I fall under the former. My husband and I decided to embark on this journey together. In fact, it was his idea to give this a shot.

Here’s a bit of backstory for you. I met the man who would become my husband when I was only 14 years old. He was 15 at the time, and we had one of those school relationships. Seven years later, we were still together, but what we had was way more serious. We decided to tie the knot at that point.

Fast forward 11 years to the point where we are now. I would say we both still love each other to death. However, when you’ve had to deal with one person for so long, things get repetitive, and boredom sets in.
